MINES ParisTech
since its creation in 1783, MINES ParisTech has trained very high-level engineers, capable of solving complex problems in a wide variety of fields. The leading engineering school in France in terms of contractual research volume, Mines ParisTech provides significant research activity focused towards industry. Their areas of research range from energetics to materials, through applied mathematics, geosciences and economic and social sciences. The engineering school is also developing the creation of teaching and research chairs on emerging themes.

Mines Nancy
Since its creation in 1919, Mines Nancy has trained generalist and humanist engineers. Nearly 800 students per year follow their training there, for which more than 250 teachers, research lecturers and administrative and technical staff are involved. The lessons are focused towards international reach, innovation, and humans. The school is developing a pedagogy by action strongly anchored in companies, and organised in an intercultural and transdisciplinary environment. Within the University of Lorraine, the school offers engineering students excellent scientific training provided by passionate teachers who are also researchers in laboratories working on cutting-edge, current knowledge. Among these is the GeoRessources laboratory which covers the field of geological resources, from exploration to exploitation, through the stages of treatment and development, and its impacts on society and the environment. GeoRessources is part of the LabEx “Resources 21” Laboratory of Excellence, whose ambitions are to understand all of the processes associated with the mechanisms involved in metal circulation, and to develop tools and innovative concepts to make better use of resources.

Ecole nationale supérieure de géologie de Nancy
Each year since 1908, the Ecole nationale supérieure de géologie de Nancy has trained geological engineers with naturalistic observation skills and a mastery of the physics and chemistry of earth and water. These geological engineers are also capable of using mechanics, computer science, law and economics to carry out their various missions. Throughout their education, students receive many lessons related to geosciences and have the opportunity to choose to specialise among 8 options to determine the direction of their future professions.

La Fondation Mines-Télécom 
  
La Fondation Mines-Télécom a pour but de contribuer au développement et au rayonnement de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche dans les domaines des sciences de l’ingénieur et du management, en particulier dans les domaines du numérique, de l’énergie et de l’industrie du futur par le soutien à des programmes de formation, de recherche et d’innovation en faveur du développement et du rayonnement scientifique de l’Institut Mines-Télécom et de ses écoles, notamment par le biais du financement de chaires d’enseignement-recherche. 
 
Les directions opérationnelles et services supports de l’Institut Mines-Télécom et de sa Fondation assistent la Chaire sur les aspects administratifs juridiques et financiers.
